Fresh Hope for Mental Health - Support groups for mental health issues, offered in-person and online.
Hope for Mental Health Community - A monthly upstream effort at Saddleback Church to address the need for social connection, meaningful interactions, and psychoeducation for people living with mental illness and their families. 4pm ET, fourth Sunday of the month.
Living Grace @ NCC - This group uses the Living Grace workbook by the Mental Health Grace Alliance to discuss, discover, and develop practical steps to cultivate a healthy mind and heart and encourage one another’s mental health journeys.
Mental Health Grace Alliance -- Online and regionally available in-person support groups for mental health issues.
Reboot Recovery: Crisis Edition - 5-part video series intended to help you understand, cope with, and move forward from the current COVID-19 crisis or whatever trauma you may be facing.
The Sanctuary Course from Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries - This course was created to raise awareness and start conversations about mental health in the Church. The course combines clinical research, theological practice, and lived experience. The following eight sessions will help you reframe your views of mental health through psychological, social, and theological perspectives.
